Where do I check in?
Our friendly front desk receptionists will explain any details of the treatment you should be aware of. The Spa open daily between 9 am to 8 pm and we recommend to book one day in advance.

How early do I arrive?
We suggest arriving 5 minutes in before your appointment start time. This allows a generous amount of time to change into your robe and sandals, and time to fill out the appropriate forms prior to treatment. This also gives you some time to enjoy refreshment, welcome drink and relax.

What if I am running late?
Pure Spa will try our very best to accommodate you, but if your service conflicts with the following client we will end your service at the time it was originally scheduled to end.

Can I cancel at any time?
For cancellations, Pure Spa requests notice prior to your appointment, in the case of starting and/or ending immediately your service, there will be charged fully.

May I ask the therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
Absolutely, if you are not comfortable with an aspect of the service, please let us know and we will adjust the treatment for you.

Do I disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?
Typically, it is more comfortable if you take off everything except bra and underwear. However, our therapist will instruct you on what exactly to take off.

Can I book if I am pregnant?
There are a few that are not recommended. Our staff will be happy to advise you on appropriate services.  Pure Spa will not apply massage services for pregnant. However, we offer some services such as facial or shampoo.

Spa Amenities
Pure Spa provides men"s and ladies change rooms with showers and private lockers with spa sandals, towels and grooming essentials. We also offer complimentary steam bath and welcome drink in before and after your treatments.
